AirGuard Wireless Video Surveillance Solutions Introduced by 3eTI; Used by U.S. Military to Ensure Critical Infrastructure Protection.

ROCKVILLE, Md. -- After successful deployments within the U.S. Government and Military, 3e Technologies International (3eTI) is commercially introducing its AirGuard(TM) wireless video solutions which are based on the model 528 Multi-Port and model 525V Wireless Video Servers. Both are ideal solutions for flexible, cost-effective monitoring of outdoor critical infrastructure, assets, perimeters, and personnel. They eliminate costly hardwired infrastructure additions and overcome access restrictions while saving time, money and staff resources

An AirGuard wireless video solution was used at President Bush's Inauguration and is currently deployed by the U.S. Marine Corps at Camp Fallujah, Iraq. The U.S. Navy recently installed AirGuard video servers as a Virtual Perimeter Surveillance System at its Dahlgren Virginia base. Commenting on the Navy's use, Jeffery M. Johnson, Naval District Washington West Area's Deputy Area Operations In maritime usage, operations conducted in a geographical area and not related to the protection of a specific force.  Officer, noted, "The system meets or exceeds current DoD requirements for wireless ... and it will ensure our safety to the utmost".

With 3eTI's wireless video servers, scalable mesh/bridged networks grow with security needs and they easily integrate with other TCP/IP-based security systems. Expanded hotspots enable mobile video access and control, faster response, offer broader data distribution and network access, anywhere, anytime. Accessible and easy viewing of live and stored video images is quick and simple with mobile 802.11-enabled devices and the AirGuard 528 & 525V Video Servers are cost-effective and faster to install.

The AirGuard 528 Multi-port Video Server accommodates up to 4 analog cameras and will wirelessly mesh/bridge to 3 similar servers, while 1 analog camera and wireless bridge is supported by the model 525V. Both video servers have dual radios to provide 802.11b wireless hotspots in addition to their high speed 54Mbps 802.11g wireless mesh/bridging and are designed with rugged IP66-rated encasements for use in harsh environments. Secure image and data transmission are built-in with DoD-level, FIPS (Federal Information Processing Standards) A series of publications issed by the U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) that specifies information security guidelines for federal government departments and agencies.  140-2 Validated(TM) AES crypto modules.

"Video surveillance has moved to digital imaging and with these innovative and flexible video servers, video networking has evolved to 'no wires.'" Commented Mr. Benga Benga may refer to:

Erinle, 3e Technologies International's V.P. of Special Projects. "This is a welcomed solution in this era of broadened security concerns. No longer are expensive, time consuming cable build-outs required ... just select mounting locations, hook up the cameras and video servers, aim the antennas ... zap -- wireless infrastructure completed."

The new Video Servers are designed with an open IP architecture which provides the flexibility to make choices of hardware from the leading manufacturers of cameras, video storage, and image management systems.
