AirDefense to Address Dangers of Wireless Networks At Wi-Fi Planet; Monitoring for Insecurities, AirDefense Will Report on RF Space at Convention.

Rushing's presentation takes place on Thursday, December 2, 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m., as part of the "Securing the WLAN" track. Rushing will take an in depth look at the latest hacker initiatives providing an understanding of attack methodologies and demonstrations of current available countermeasures. A recognized IT security expert with 20 years experience setting security standards and policies for entire organizations, Rushing was most recently Chief Technical Officer of VeriSign's Network Security Services division and previously served as a founder of SecureIT, an IT security services provider that was acquired by VeriSign in 1998.

For the fourth consecutive Wi-Fi Planet, AirDefense will be monitoring and reporting the RF space at the convention. At previous Wi-Fi Planet conventions AirDefense was the first to detect malicious attacks and exploits.
