"This is going to be pervasive," said Jeff Siegel, RNIA Roundtable chairman and leader of Enterprise Market Development at Palm Inc. "Mobile shopping will bring Internet commerce to the next level and have a major impact on all retail and e-tail companies."

Klatt was with Black & Decker since 1986. He was instrumental in building Dewalt Tools and most recently held the position of Vice President/General Manager of the U.S. Consumer Division, where he was responsible for Power Tools, Outdoor Products, and Home Products. From 1998 to 1999, division sales increased 20-plus percent and profit grew over 50 percent. Klatt was also responsible for global product development and served as chairman of a joint venture focused on manufacturing and engineering with a company in China. He earned a B.S. in Management/Marketing from LeMoyne College and an International M.B.A. from Georgetown University Georgetown University, in the Georgetown section of Washington, D.C.; Jesuit; coeducational; founded 1789 by John Carroll, chartered 1815, inc. 1844. Its law and medical schools are noteworthy, and its archives are especially rich in letters and manuscripts by and .

Mr. Robinson joined Black & Decker in 1982. His most recent position was Vice President of Finance for the Woldwide Power Tools Group, where he organized and directed all finance activity for sales of over $3 billion.
