AirBoss has signed an agreement with Scotland Neck, NC, to lease a
manufacturing plant to make high quality, rubber-based compounds. The
plant is expected to employ more than 85 people. Production is scheduled
to start in the first quarter of 2006. Once complete, the expansion will
give AirBoss, which primarily serves the military and transportation
industries, a capacity of more than 300 million pounds annually.
