:BOS) is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen Richards to the position of Vice President, Finance and CFO See Chief Financial Officer. . Stephen is taking over from Axel Breuer who will remain with the company as a Vice-President dealing with the new internal control regulatory requirements.

As a key member of AirBoss' management team, Stephen will provide financial leadership and play an important role supporting the Company's growth plans. In his role as Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer, Stephen is responsible for all financial operations including corporate reporting, treasury and information technology. He is a Chartered Accountant with a Bachelor of Commerce The Bachelor of Commerce is a bachelor's degree in business management, accounting and economic fields. The degree is also known as the Bachelor of Commerce and Administration (BCA).  degree from the University of Toronto Research at the University of Toronto has been responsible for the world's first electronic heart pacemaker, artificial larynx, single-lung transplant, nerve transplant, artificial pancreas, chemical laser, G-suit, the first practical electron microscope, the first cloning of T-cells, .

Prior to joining AirBoss, Stephen was Vice President Finance at a TSX listed transportation company. He began his financial career at Ernst & Young LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol , and has since held roles of increasing responsibility in transportation, manufacturing, and professional services in both public and private company environments.
