AirBorn First to Qualify to DOD Nanominiature Connector Specification.

ADDISON, Texas -- AirBorn has announced that its N-Series nanominiature connectors have been formally qualified and QPL-listed for procurement to MIL-DTL-32139, the Department of Defense (DOD) recently released specification for polarized metal shell nanominiature connectors. This specification covers single and dual row input/output (I/O) prewired connectors in sizes 9 thru 51 contacts.

AirBorn was a major contributor and advisor to the Defense Supply Center, Columbus (DSCC), which is a field activity of the Defense Logistics Agency responsible for developing this new specification -- and the first to achieve qualification status to the new industry standard.
