, announced today that it had reached an agreement with an investor group to restructure 20,000,000 of its outstanding warrants. Under the agreement, warrants to purchase 20,000,000 shares, with an average exercise price of $.35 per share, were cancelled and new warrants to purchase 5,000,000 shares at an exercise price of $1.00 per share were issued.
