Simplicity, ease of use and carefully targeted results are Careers.Aero's hallmark, says Hawkins. The service specializes in aviation job announcements, personal resume development, transmitting resumes to aviation recruiters and aviation employment news.

Posting job announcements "couldn't be easier" for recruiters, says Hawkins. They either can click on the 'Announce A Job' link on the website, www.atwonline.com/careers, or e-mail the job and contact information to jobs@careers.aero. No logins or passwords are required and there is no charge for job postings.

After subscribing to the service, job seekers can post their custom resumes, an optional personal resume and an optional photo to the site's database. They are notified by e-mail whenever new jobs are posted or can peruse pe·ruse
