 forecasts 2.6% rise in passenger volume for Labor Day Labor Day, holiday celebrated in the United States and Canada on the first Monday in September to honor the laborer. Raytheon and XM Satellite Radio Holdings are bidding together on a contract to overhaul the air traffic control system, transforming the current radar-based system into a modern and efficient satellite-based system.
