Air Tahiti Nui Offers Two For One Business Class Fares.

In celebration of the new millennium, Air Tahiti Nui has announced special two for one Business Class fares on its routing between Los Angeles and Papeete, according to the airline's Vice President - Americas Lou Leopold.

Leopold pointed out that the all-year roundtrip Business Class fare is $3,898; however, two passengers may travel for $3,900 in Business Class provided they follow the same itinerary and stay a minimum of four days and a maximum of 45 days. He further noted that Air Tahiti Nui has 36 "Poerva" Business Class seats on its A340-200 fleet and has become renowned for the quality of service provided in "Poerva" Class.

"Travel to French Polynesia is often reserved for special life events and we are encouraging our customers to take advantage of this opportunity to sample our luxurious Business Class product," said Leopold. "We believe that the trip to Tahiti should be equally as pleasurable as the exciting destination itself, and have thus introduced this incentive to make available Business Class to a wider range of our consumers."

Leopold said that many of Air Tahiti Nui's passengers are traveling on honeymoons, anniversaries or to take a cruise in the exotic South Seas. "For many of our travelers, this is a once in a lifetime occasion which we hope to make even more memorable through the in-flight experience of French cuisine and style combined with warm Tahitian hospitality," he added.

Travel agents may access this special rate through their CRS by seeking the fare code DPAX1. The companion travel is listed under DPAX2. The fare is fully commissionable at Air Tahiti Nui's standard 10% commission level. Many tour operators include special business class offers in their packages.
