Air Partner plc Year End Results for the 12 Months Ended 31 July 2007.

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. -- Air Partner, the provider of private aviation1 services to industry, commerce, governments and private individuals worldwide, is pleased to announce record year end results for the 12 months to 31 July 2007.

The Air Partner Group increased turnover by 33% to PS185.8 million. The USA office of Air Partner performed well, focusing primarily on growing its client base, which it successfully grew by 22% through enhanced sales, marketing and client retention initiatives. There was particularly strong growth in the Private Jet business and increased interest in the Emergency Planning Division service offering.

Over the last five years, Air Partner has made excellent progress in an industry that is enjoying rapid growth. Today, Air Partner services an ever-growing array of clients as diverse as heads of state and government departments to large corporates and high net worth individuals. Air Partner offers clients all aspects of private aviation service from commercial jet charters to private jet charter, sales, management and JetCards, and freight aircraft.

Philip Mathews, President of the USA office, commented: "Despite no 'super-exceptional' contracts which have boosted performance in prior years, profitability has been sustained. During 06/07 we have invested significantly in growing the client base, laying the foundation for future growth. Our Private Jet business has increased by 19% in a highly competitive and innovative market. Commercial Jet business has proved to be tougher. A restructure at the end of the year was designed to maintain the growth in Private Jets and, in addition to two key hires, to reverse the decline in Commercial Jet business."

Commenting on the Group results David Savile, Chief Executive of Air Partner, said: "These record results demonstrate the Group's ability to provide outstanding service and client satisfaction over the long term. Over the last 12 months Air Partner has grown its business by geography, clients and products, and invested to produce a stronger platform from which we can win further market share in the rapidly growing private aviation market."

The last 18 months have provided Air Partner with unprecedented trading, driven by a strong global economy, further deterioration of the scheduled airline experience and the continued rapid growth of the high net worth segment. Forward bookings at 31 July 2007 were 15% higher than the previous year. We believe our diversified spread of earnings is a good buffer against significant flux, and we remain confident in the Group's future prospects, inasmuch as our limited visibility permits.
