) international competition.

WPO is the parent organization of all national packaging organizations and only previous winners of national competitions are eligible for WorldStar awards.

Air Packaging received the first award for its AirBox(R) for shipping photomasks in the Specialty Packaging Category. This innovative package eliminates damage to these fragile electronic components while at the same time reducing its customers' shipping costs and saving storage space.

The Company received its second WorldStar award in the Medical Device Category for its dental shipper SHIPPER. In general, the shipper is bound to pay for the hire of the vessel, or the freight of the goods. 1 Bouv. Inst. n. 1030. . This revolutionary package is used to ship up to four dental molds or dental apparatuses between a dentist's office and a dental laboratory A dental laboratory is a light manufacturing facility for the production of dental restorations on the order of a dentist.  that can be shipped in an air courier envelope.

Not only has the AirBox substantially reduced the direct cost of shipment for the dental lab and virtually eliminated storage requirements at dentists' offices, but it has further reduced the net cost to the customer through the sale of printed advertising to its suppliers on the package itself.

Donald Ochacher, President of Air Packaging stated : "These prestigious awards are further recognition of the growing acceptance which our products are finding in the marketplace and proof that the concept of protective packaging in air has come of age.

"The packages for which Air Packaging won its WorldStar awards are only two of many which our company continues to develop for a variety of industrial and commercial shipping applications and the Company expects its rate of sales to increase substantially in the next twelve months."

Ochacher further stated: "We are particularly pleased that the AirBox has received increasing attention from Internet-based companies since we believe that the AirBox is an ideal solution for the shipping needs of many of these fast-growing Internet companies."
