Janet Maxey, chief financial officer of the Company stated: "When we learned that the BC Securities Commission had placed the Company on a list of companies who were not in compliance with the periodic filing requirements of the Commission, I could not fathom why since we had filed all of the required information of a timely basis and in the same manner as always. After contacting the Commission, I learned that certain of the information which the Commission thought should have been filed was based on its erroneous belief Noun 1. erroneous belief - a misconception resulting from incorrect information

The Commission also advised me that it was no longer accepting filings which were scanned from hard copy before electronic transmission.
