 announced a culinary partnership with Chef Katsuo "Suki" Sugiura of the legendary Polo Lounge at The Beverly Hills Hotel The Beverly Hills Hotel is a hotel in Beverly Hills, CA, at 9641 Sunset Boulevard. It was opened on May 12, 1912 and started by Margaret J. Anderson and her son, Stanley S. Anderson, who had been managing the Hollywood Hotel. .

 will feature the cuisine of Chef Suki in both First and Business Class cabins.

One dish to be featured is the manuka honey manuka honey (m·nōōˑ·k  cured south king salmon with New Zealand organic greens and avocado vinaigrette. Chef Suki's creations will be matched with the top New Zealand wines by Master Sommelier Elizabeth Schweitzer.
