Air Liquide America Names President of Lincoln Big Three.


HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 30, 1996--Air Liquide America Corporation is pleased to announce that David Johnson David Johnson may refer to:
  • David Johnson (American artist) (1827 - 1908), American painter
  • David Johnson (Anchorman), American news anchorman
  • David Johnson (Australian rules footballer) (born 1981), Australian-rules footballer
 has been appointed to the position of President, Lincoln Big Three, Inc., effective Jan. 1, 1997.

Located in Baton Rouge Baton Rouge (băt`ən rzh) [Fr.,=red stick], city (1990 pop. 219,531), state capital and seat of East Baton Rouge parish, SE La. , Johnson will replace Cal Hodges who has announced his retirement effective Dec. 31, 1996.

Johnson began his career with Air Liquide in 1980 at Calgary, Alberta. For the past three years, Johnson has been General Manager, O.K. Welders' Supplies, an Air Liquide Customer Centre located in British Columbia, Canada.

Lincoln Big Three is the leading cylinder and welding supply company in Louisiana with eight retail stores and several production and distribution locations within the state. Air Liquide America recently purchased the remainder of the stock of Lincoln Big Three from The Lincoln Electric Company. Lincoln Big Three is the Agent for The Lincoln Electric Company in Louisiana.
