Air France summer schedule features the only A340 from San Francisco to Paris.


SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 12, 1997--Air France said its summer schedule that begins on April 6 will be operated exclusively with Airbus A340 aircraft, offering about 20% more capacity than other airlines serving the route. Only Air France flies the four-engine A340 between San Francisco and Paris.

The daily nonstop flights link SFO SFO (in Britain) Serious Fraud Office  with the Air France hub at Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG (CDMA Development Group, Costa Mesa, CA, www.cdg.org) A membership organization founded in 1995 that promotes CDMA wireless systems worldwide. It is involved with developing new features and services and promoting standards that provide global compatibility and interoperability. ), where a new bank of connections offers some 20% more flight options than the winter schedule, to and from over 20 cities within France and over 50 elsewhere in Europe.

Flight 083 departs SFO daily at 6:15 p.m., arriving CDG the next day at 2 p.m. Return flight 084 departs CDG daily at 1:45 p.m., arriving SFO the same day at 4:20 p.m.

Air France transatlantic flights are non-smoking in all seating areas. In addition, the A340 is equipped with an Air France exclusive, the stand-up stand·up or stand-up
