The new Internet access service will connect about 150 people through an integrated IP solution. The dial-up service delivers speeds up to 128k ISDN ISDN in full Integrated Services Digital Network Digital telecommunications network that operates over standard copper telephone wires or other media. and over 17,000 points of presence (POPs) domestically and abroad, through customisable, multilingual Windows/Macintosh dialling software.
