Air France will move its United State Reservations center, Northeast Headquarters and New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
 Ticket Office to Avenue of the Americas Plaza at 125 West 55th Street, a new 550,000-square-foot office building developed by The Macklowe Organization.

Air France has leased 29,500 square feet, taking 27,000 square feet of office space on the second floor and 2,500 square feet of retail space.

"We are very pleased that Air France has selected Avenue of the Americas Plaza as the new home for its North American operations North American operation Surgical oncology Radical surgery of a 'frozen pelvis', consisting of radical en bloc resection of the uterus and urinary bladder. Swig, executive vice president of Harry Macklowe Real Estate Co., Inc., the real estate arm of The Macklowe Organization. "They provide a welcome addition to our growing list of first class tenants."

In addition, the 2,500-square-foot retail space will serve as a ticket office and will house a VIP lounge for passengers traveling on the Concorde.

To fully service Air France's technical requirements, The Macklowe Organization will be designing, coordinating and building a complex telecommunications system to meet the needs of the airline. "Clearly the most complicated portion of this transaction is relocating Air France's data and telecommunications equipment without interruption," commented Swig. "Our ability to understand and implement this undertaking is a credit to our staff and consultants."

Avenue of the Americas Plaza, completed in 1990, has become almost fully leased in the last several months. Most recently, Katz Communications signed a lease for over 170,000 square feet at the office building, the largest lease signed in Manhattan in 1991.
