Air China Wins Spot in Top 500 Global Brands.


BEIJING -- Air China was awarded a place in the 2007 "World's 500 Most Influential Brands," released by Dr. Robert Mundell's World Brand Lab. Dr. Mundell, Chairman of the Brand Lab, is the 1999 winner of the Nobel Prize in Economics The Sveriges Riksbank Prize in Economic Sciences in Memory of Alfred Nobel, commonly called the Nobel Prize in Economics, is a prize awarded each year for outstanding intellectual contributions in the field of economics.  and is considered "Father of the Euro."

Air China is one of twelve Chinese brands on the list and is the first Chinese airline to be honored as a top-500 world brand, taking the 461st place.
