Air China Receives Awards, Brand Recognition in 2006.BEIJING -- Air China has been honored at the 2006 World Executive Summit in Hong Kong Hong Kong (hŏng kŏng), Mandarin Xianggang, special administrative region of China, formerly a British crown colony (2005 est. pop. 6,899,000), land area 422 sq mi (1,092 sq km), adjacent to Guangdong prov. with the "Chinese Brand Annual Award" in the Aviation category. Winning the prestigious award symbolizes Air China's achieving its goal to be the #1 Chinese aviation brand, both in China and as the airline pushes forward in the global marketplace.
