Labor board files charges against FedEx. The National Labor Relations Board National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), independent agency of the U.S. government created under the National Labor Relations Act of 1935 (Wagner Act), and amended by the acts of 1947 (Taft-Hartley Labor Act) and 1959 (Landrum-Griffin Act), which affirmed labor's right  has charged FedEx Ground/Home Delivery with illegal practices in its treatment of drivers at its Barrington and West Deptford, N.J. terminals, an attorney representing the drivers said Monday. UPS Moving to Michael Waltrip Racing Michael Waltrip Racing Holdings LLC, doing business as Michael Waltrip Racing, competes as a racing team in the NASCAR Nextel Cup Series and NASCAR Busch Series. The team was one of the first three to spearhead Toyota's entry into Nextel Cup and Busch Series competition . UPS today announced a two-year agreement with Michael Waltrip Racing to sponsor driver Dale Jarrett in a Toyota Camry for the 2007 and 2008 seasons of the NASCAR NASCAR (National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing), organization that sanctions American stock-car races, est. 1948.
