With the new system, Air Canada's users can view customer travel trends via MicroStrategy's DSS Web to analyze the lifetime revenue and value of a customer, and leverage that information to design client-specific benefits.

Air Canada evaluated several decision support vendors to find the ideal platform for its CRM system.
