Air Broadband Communications, Inc., announces an agreement with Ssangyong Information & Communications Corp. that will bring the Airobatics(TM) product line -- wireless switches designed for large scale 802.11 WLAN networks -- to the broader range of customers in the Korean marketplace.

With patents pending on fast layer 3/subnet roaming wireless access, Air Broadband is one of the first companies to offer a wireless switch that can handle the vast traffic demands of large scale 802.11 environments like those that exist in Korea. "This is our second major reseller agreement in Korea," says Air Broadband president Kenneth Kang, "and we'll continue to partner with the major Korean NI/SI players in order to address the diverse applications of Soft Roaming(TM) enabled WLAN technology."
