FormScape today announced that Air BP has selected FormScape's information delivery solution to provide flexible invoicing around the globe. Air BP, the specialised aviation fuels and lubricants division of BP, one of the world's largest energy companies, chose FormScape to improve customer and supplier satisfaction while increasing the return on its existing business system investments.

Using FormScape, Air BP can now offer customers the choice of centralised or local settlement, with customised invoicing depending on the customer's individual requirements. FormScape extends the information delivery capabilities of existing SAP and bespoke ERP applications without the need for costly bespoke development or complex technology deployments. By capturing XML data and applying simple business rules, FormScape can transform and present invoices, credit notes and Giro slips that are both compliant with local banking formats and include targeted marketing messages where appropriate.
