Ltd., Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada has signed a letter of intent with Chatham Forest Products Inc. for the purchase of a proposed oriented strand board Oriented strand board, or OSB, or waferboard, or Sterling board (UK), is an engineered wood product formed by layering strands (flakes) of wood in specific orientations. (OSB) mill project based in Lisbon, New York Lisbon is a town in St. Lawrence County, New York, United States. The population was 4,047 at the 2000 census. Reportedly the town is named after the capital of Portugal. Yet, the 1810 US Census for the town shows the town's name as Lisburn, a city located in Northern Ireland . The agreement is conditional upon Ainsworth's completion of its due diligence review, and other conditions. It will likely be finalized in the second quarter of 2005. |
