  server and without having to download the same mail over and over

  of mail.


- Find command for locating stored mail
  Locate previously downloaded mail quickly using a simple find tool.


- Archiving of stored mail
  Save old mail outside of Ranger for faster operation... but still
  be able to search the archive for valuable information.


- Multiple user configuration
  Use Aimnet Ranger to access multiple e-mail accounts, even with
  different Internet Access Providers.

  Keep track of your e-mail recipients with a powerful address book.

  Use a simple file manager interface for both your local PC and the
  remote site, even if the remote site is a UNIX system.


- One-click ASCII or binary transfers
  Avoid typing mistakes.  Just point and click to transfer files.


- Easier login for anonymous FTP sites
  Click once to log onto anonymous FTP sites. "Anonymous" and e-mail
  address are entered automatically.


- Create directories, rename and delete files for both local and
  remote sites
  Manipulate files at both sites from within Aimnet Ranger (if you
  have "write permission" for the remote site).-0-


Pricing and Availability

The freeware version of Aimnet Ranger will available for FTP download To receive a file transmitted over a network. In any communications session, "download" means receive, and "upload" means send. The download/upload often implies a big/little scenario, in which data is being downloaded from the "big" server into the "little" user's computer.  on August 1st from Aimnet's public FTP site: ftp.aimnet.com.
