AimRite Holdings has Tentative Acceptance from a Major OEM Manufacturer on a Joint Venture Proposal.


SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 8, 1999--

AimRite Holdings Corporation (Nasdaq/BB:AIMH AIMH Amelia Island Museum of History (Florida, USA) ) is pleased to announce that a major original equipment manufacturer (OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) The rebranding of equipment and selling it. The term initially referred to the company that made the products (the "original" manufacturer), but eventually became widely used to refer to the organization that buys the products and ) has tentatively approved a recent proposal by AimRite to form a joint venture. The purpose of the joint venture is to supply a COAST(tm) suspensk with the Securities and Exchange Commission(SEve or soon will be supplying vehicles for instaide of North America.
