AimRite Holdings Receives $1 Million in Phase II Funding.


SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 30, 1999--

AimRite Holdings Corporation (Nasdaq/BB:AIMH AIMH Amelia Island Museum of History (Florida, USA) )is pleased to announce that it has received $1,000,000 (One Million) in project investment capital. These additional funds will be allocated towards the following 1) to support Phase II manufacturing of COAST(tm) systems, 2) provide additional patent applications on technological improvements contributing worldwide protection for 20 years, and 3) the installation of Phase II production COAST systems on selected Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) The rebranding of equipment and selling it. The term initially referred to the company that made the products (the "original" manufacturer), but eventually became widely used to refer to the organization that buys the products and ) vehicles.

The additional funding will allow the company to expand the range of applications for COAST internationally from the superhighways of industrialized in·dus·tri·al·ize
