AimRite Holdings Corporation Forms Strategic Alliances for Production of its Advanced Coast Suspension Technology.

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 7, 1998--AimRite Holdings Corporation (AimRite) announced today that it has selected Logic Innovations of San Diego San Diego (săn dēā`gō), city (1990 pop. 1,110,549), seat of San Diego co., S Calif., on San Diego Bay; inc. 1850. San Diego includes the unincorporated communities of La Jolla and Spring Valley. Coronado is across the bay. , Calif., to develop the production computer for the company's COAST suspension system Noun 1. suspension system - a mechanical system of springs or shock absorbers connecting the wheels and axles to the chassis of a wheeled vehicle

 (Computer Optimized Advanced Suspension Technology).

Logic Innovations has extensive experience in developing embedded computer systems and is recognized for its ability to effectively and efficiently produce a product within a demanding time frame. Dr. Ken Coleman Kenneth R. Coleman (April 22 1925 - August 21 2003) was an American radio and television sportscaster for 34 years (1954 - 1989). He was born in Quincy, Massachusetts. , president of AimRite, stated that, "Logic Innovations' philosophy of emphasizing technical excellence and attention to detail to create highly marketable, manufacturable and reliable products mirrors our own standards for COAST."

AimRite Holdings has additionally retained the services of the Noble House of Boston to institute a national public relations public relations, activities and policies used to create public interest in a person, idea, product, institution, or business establishment. By its nature, public relations is devoted to serving particular interests by presenting them to the public in the most  campaign.

Coleman also announced today that Freightliner Custom Chassis Corporation has signed a confidentiality agreement with AimRite that allows both companies to investigate a contractual working agreement to apply the COAST system to selected suspension systems manufactured by Freightliner.

"We are pleased to help bring the future generation of suspension systems to vehicles made by one of the recognized leaders in their field," noted Coleman.

In addition, Lonnie Woods, AimRite's executive director of COAST Operations, recently attended the Family Motor Coach Association's annual motor home show in Las Cruces Las Cruces (läs kr`sĭs), city (1990 pop. 62,126), seat of Dona Ana co., SW N.Mex., on the Rio Grande, in a farm area irrigated by the Elephant Butte system; founded 1848, inc. 1907. , N.M. Following a detailed survey of the suspension options currently in use by the motor home industry, Woods reported that these systems accomplish only a few of the many features that COAST provides in one complete package.

His survey concluded that the current optional motor home systems provide hydraulic rams to level the vehicle when parking, manual controls to level the vehicle when driving, systems for lowering the vehicle for easy entry, sway bars to control roll, etc.

By comparison, the COAST system not only provides those capabilities, it goes far beyond them -- and all in one system. The COAST system additionally provides roll control, pitch control, bottom and top out control, body motion control, wheel control, park leveling, ride leveling, cross-wind control and kneel-control. Woods concluded that the manufacturers' choice for suspension control in the motor home industry will be the COAST system.

The COAST system is the result of a 6.6 million hard dollar ($6,600,000) research and development program to create a powerful and evolutionary computer controlled suspension system.

During its development, the COAST system was the subject of independent industry evaluation by many companies, some of which had the following comments:

"Your real time computer controlled COAST system allows us to accomplish months of ride work in only a matter of hours." - FORD MOTOR COMPANY

"It is my opinion that this system can be set or tuned to give our coach superior handling, more than any other coach made in North America North America, third largest continent (1990 est. pop. 365,000,000), c.9,400,000 sq mi (24,346,000 sq km), the northern of the two continents of the Western Hemisphere.  today... All in all the system seems to be a winner." - MOTOR COACH INDUSTRIES

"Time constraints of the recent test program allowed us to do little more than scratch the surface of the capabilities provided by your system. However, we have seen enough to conclude that your system has great potential to improve the ride characteristics of our vehicles. We are very interested in continuing to work with you on the development of the COAST system for MCI (1) (Media Control Interface) A high-level programming interface from Microsoft and IBM for controlling multimedia devices.
