Referring to the joint proposal of Iran, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan to designate the year 2010 as the year of cultural proximity and convergence, President Ahmadinejad said it will be a good opportunity for nations and human communities to upgrade cultural ties.
