Once the acquisition is complete, Ahlstrom will operate 10 machines and three converting units to serve filtration media customers worldwide. The company's annual sales in the market are approximately 275 million Euro. The acquisition is Ahlstrom's second this year. In September, the company purchased technology related to Fibermark's Rochester, MI plant in a move to boost its engine filtration business. |
