Agway Inc. (At Closing People).

Agway Inc., Syracuse, N.Y., announces that Donald P. Cardarelli will resign as president and CEO of Agway, effective April 1. Michael R. Hopsicker has been named as chief operating officer, effective immediately, and will succeed Cardarelli upon his resignation. In addition to his new role, Hopsicker will remain as president of Agway Energy Products. Hopsicker most recently served as executive vice president of agriculture and energy and president of Agway Energy Products.
