Agronix and Genesis Formulate China Initiative; November Meetings in Shanghai and Henan Province Set.

Genesis Technology Group, Inc. (OTCBB:GTEC) announced today a further contract with Agronix, Inc. (OTCBB:AGNI). Genesis benefits through success fees and equity in any future Sino-Agronix business entity created through its efforts.
