Agrium Inc. announced that it has successfully acquired control of Royster-Clark.


Agrium Inc. announced that it has successfully acquired control of Royster-Clark, creating North America's largest retailer of crop inputs.

The purchase price for the units including assumed debt is anticipated to be approximately $515-million (U.S.) and will be funded from Agrium's available cash and existing credit lines.
