The board of directors of Agrium Inc., Calgary, Alberta, announces that John M. Van Brunt, president and CEO, has been appointed vice chairman of the board. He will continue to serve as CEO for the company. Michael M. Wilson, executive vice president and COO See Chief Operating Officer., is appointed to president. This position will be in addition to his role as COO.
