The document, filed with the Securities & Exchange Commission, is intended to provide pertinent information to prospective shareholders and an amended registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission through the multi-jurisdictional disclosure system for the issue of US $125 million of Debentures for sale in the United States United States, officially United States of America, republic (2005 est. pop. 295,734,000), 3,539,227 sq mi (9,166,598 sq km), North America. The Debentures will be unsecured obligations of Agrium and will rank equally with all other unsecured senior indebtedness.
