Agricore United's Board of Directors today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.03 per share on the Limited Voting Limited voting is a voting system in which electors have fewer votes than there are positions available. The positions are awarded to the candidates who receive the most votes absolutely. Common Shares payable on August 15, 2005 to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 15, 2005.
