AgriDyne Technologies announces evaluation and development agreement with Farnam for animal health markets.

:AGRI AGRI. Arable land in the common fields. Cunn. Dict. h.t. ) Thursday announced the signing of an evaluation and development agreement for certain animal health markets with Farnam Companies Inc., a privately held Phoenix, Ariz. corporation.

Under terms of the agreement, Farnam will conduct an evaluation of AgriDyne's environmentally-friendly biopesticide compound, azadirachtin, for suitability in formulations that Farnam could then develop, register and market in animal health markets throughout the world. Formulations to be developed by Farnam will specifically address control of ectoparasites on animals and in their surroundings.

Azadirachtin, a compound extracted from the seed of the tropical neem tree neem tree or margosa tree, a fast-growing broad-leaved evergreen, Azadirachta indica, native to India and Myanmar.
