For the company's fiscal year ended Dec. 31, 1994, AgriDyne lost $4.8 million, or $.74 per share on revenues of $2.0 million. In 1993, the company lost $5.3 million, or $.81 per share on revenues of $1.2 million. Comparative figures are on the accompanying table.
