 Ms. Candice Bowman, Marketing Director for AgriClick, the alliance will enable AgriClick to connect its users directly to MachineryLink's innovative eCommerce resources. The two sites will share strategic data as well as some advertising.

AgriClick is one of the vertical online communities under the umbrella of IndustryClick, Primedia's business-to-business Internet subsidiary. Primedia will also promote MachineryLink through its business-to-business agricultural publications and websites. AgriClick has made an equity investment in MachineryLink. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed, but the alliance is scheduled to take effect immediately.

Headquartered in Kansas City's Livestock Exchange Building, MachineryLink was founded by Kansas wheat farmer Dave Govert as an online forum for farmers who wanted to reduce per-acre equipment costs through sharing or reselling machinery. Mr. Govert continues to serve MachineryLink as vice president of product development.
