ATWEC Technologies, Inc. announced today that it completed its stock exchange with Agri-Foods International, Inc. on September 23, 2003. The Company is now trading its common stock on the NQB NQB National Quotation Bureau, Inc (now Pink Sheets)  Pink Sheets as ATWEC Technologies, Inc. Incorporated in 2000, ATWEC is a high-tech corporation providing security and safety transportation systems to corporate and government customers throughout the Southeast US. The Company's patented KiddeVoice(TM) warning system has been developed to protect young children traveling to and from school, and is now being manufactured and sold to schools and day care centers in Tennessee and Mississippi.

The Company has experienced revenue growth during 2002 and 2003, and anticipates increased sales of its KiddeVoice(TM) systems in 2004. The Company has engaged American Ventures of Rochester, NY to assist the Company with public relations public relations, activities and policies used to create public interest in a person, idea, product, institution, or business establishment. By its nature, public relations is devoted to serving particular interests by presenting them to the public in the most  and marketing as its stock trades publicly for the first time in October 2003.
