Agion Technologies Appoints Cyndy Hunter as New Director of Marketing.


WAKEFIELD, Mass. -- Agion Technologies Inc., a leading provider of silver-based antimicrobial solutions, today announced that it has named marketing veteran Cyndy Hunter as Director of Marketing. Ms. Hunter has more than twenty years TWENTY YEARS. Within the first year of shipment, each product line achieved 10% marketshare in its respective category. She was instrumental in growing the Graphics Imaging division from $2M to $30M in three years time. Ms. Hunter has also held product manager and marketing positions at Iris Graphics (a subsidiary of Scitex) and NEC (NEC Corporation, Tokyo, www.nec.com, www.necus.com) An electronics conglomerate known in the U.S. for its monitors. In Japan, it had the lion's share of the PC market until the late 1990s (see PC 98).
