Agilera.com Names Mediaone's Chuck Lillis to Its Board of Directors; Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of MediaOne Group is Newest Addition to Agilera.com Board.

ENGLEWOOD, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 2, 2000

Agilera.com, a leading Application Service Provider (ASP) delivering Internet-enabled, end-to-end enterprise and e-business solutions to emerging and middle-market companies, today announced that Chuck Lillis, the chairman and chief executive officer of MediaOne Group MediaOne Group, Inc. was a media/cable TV company that was formed in 1995 as U S WEST Media Group. It was created to eliminate competition between U S WEST's telephone service and cable TV businesses. , has joined its Board of Directors.

Based in Englewood, Colo., Mr. Lillis oversees domestic and international cable and telephone communications, international wireless, and interactive multimedia services for MediaOne Group, one of America's largest broadband communications companies.

Prior joining MediaOne, Lillis served as the president and chief executive officer of US WEST Media Group. He joined US WEST in 1985 as vice president of Strategic Marketing and has also served as executive vice president and chief planning officer of US WEST, Inc. and president of the US WEST Diversified Group.

Before joining US WEST, Lillis was Dean of the University of Colorado University of Colorado may refer to:
