Agilera Names Larissa Herda to its Board of Directors; President and CEO of Time Warner Telecom is Newest Addition to Agilera Board.

Ms. Herda took over as leader of Time Warner Telecom on June 22, 1998 after serving as the company's senior vice president of sales and marketing since March 1, 1997. During her tenure, Time Warner Telecom quarterly revenue increased five-fold while doubling annual revenue each of the past three years. Under her direction, the company introduced data and IP products, expanded its optical network, launched switched telephone services, acquired a regional Internet Service Provider, developed a national IP backbone and underwent a successful public offering.

In 2000, Ms. Herda was named Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for the Rocky Mountain Region and the Denver Business Journal CEO of the Year. In December 1999, the Association for Local Telecommunications Services named her to its executive committee.
