Agilera Names Larissa Herda to its Board of Directors; President and CEO of Time Warner Telecom is Newest Addition to Agilera Board.

Agilera, a leading full-service, pure-play application service provider (ASP), announced today the addition of Larissa Herda, president and CEO of Time Warner Telecom Inc. (Nasdaq: TWTC), to its board of directors.

Time Warner Telecom is a leader in providing local and regional optical broadband networks and services to business customers. Under Ms. Herda's leadership, Time Warner Telecom has become a leader in the telecommunications industry.

Under her direction, the company introduced data and IP products, expanded its optical network, launched switched telephone services, acquired a regional Internet Service Provider, developed a national IP backbone and underwent a successful public offering.

In 2000, Ms. Herda was named Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for the Rocky Mountain Region and the Denver Business Journal CEO of the Year. In December 1999, the Association for Local Telecommunications Services named her to its executive committee.
