Agilera, a leading full-service pure-play application service provider (ASP), today announced that it has completed its merger with Menlo Park, Calif.-based Applicast, a full-service vertical industry-focused ASP, in a stock-for-stock transaction.

The new company, which will operate under the Agilera name, has received approval of the transaction per the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976 and other regulatory requirements.
