Agilent Technologies and Bruker Daltonics Extend Ion Trap Mass Spectrometry Strategic Collaboration and LC/CE OEM Agreement.PALO ALTO, Calif. & BILLERICA, Mass. -- Agilent Technologies Inc. (Nasdaq:BRKR BRKR Breaker ), today announced a multi-year extension of their ion trap mass spectrometry (ITMS iTMS iTunes Music Store (Apple) ITMS Interim Traffic Management System ITMS Immediate (Check) Truth Maintenance System (AI) ITMS Integrated Transportation Management System ) collaboration and liquid chromatography/capillary electrophoresis (LC/CE) OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) The rebranding of equipment and selling it. The term initially referred to the company that made the products (the "original" manufacturer), but eventually became widely used to refer to the organization that buys the products and agreement. The amended ITMS collaboration agreement extends the ion trap development cooperation, the continued supply of mass spectrometry parts and components from Agilent to Bruker Daltonics, and the end-product manufacturing by Bruker Daltonics of each company's respective ITMS product lines.
