Nikl, who will start with Verigy on June 20, was most recently senior vice president and chief financial officer of Asyst Technologies, Inc., a supplier of integrated hardware and software automation systems for the semiconductor and flat-panel-display manufacturing industries. Prior to his work at Asyst, Nikl was vice president, Finance, and CFO, Global Operations, at Solectron, a global contract manufacturer. Nikl also served as vice president, Finance, for Xerox Engineering Systems.
