Dick Chang, who has over 30 years of experience at Hewlett-Packard Company and Agilent, will run the group as vice president and general manager, reporting to Bill Sullivan, senior vice president and general manager of Agilent's Semiconductor Products Group. Chang was most recently vice president and general manager of ICBD, and he has held positions in research, marketing, manufacturing and operations since joining HP Labs in 1967.
