-- The Agilent ParBERT generator with analyzer 13.5 Gb/s modules, the industry's only solution designed for serial, multiple serial and parallel bit error ratio testing covering a frequency range from 500 Mb/s up to 13.5 Gb/s. The solution includes built-in, full differential input/output, clock data recovery (CDR), enhanced jitter capabilities, and a flexible, expandable architecture. Its unique test capabilities provide the best protection of investments in test instruments for 10 GbE and up to OC-192 devices and for high-speed communication ports for semiconductor products. -- The Agilent JS-1000 performance jitter test system, a complete, easy-to-use test system for R&D and design verification applications. The system features the lowest intrinsic jitter of any product of this class and provides diagnostic information that enables design improvements and characterization of devices within the 2.4 to 3.1 Gb and 9 to 13 Gb ranges.
