Russell Hawkins as the company's CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. A 25-year technology industry veteran, Mr. Hawkins will spearhead the company's growth and expansion initiatives and oversee all day-to-day operations.

Mr. Hawkins comes to Agilence with a reputation for building early stage technology companies into successful businesses. In his role as CEO, Mr. Hawkins will be responsible for developing Agilence's overall strategy, driving revenue growth and profitability, and ensuring that the company is appropriately funded. , one of Agilence's founders. Mr. Sullivan has stepped down to concentrate on leading the company's marketing and product management initiatives as executive vice president of marketing. "Russ is an established and seasoned CEO with an excellent track record of leading early stage technology companies," said Mr. Sullivan. "His background is highly complementary to our executive team, and we are very pleased to have him on board."

Mr. Hawkins most recently served as president and CEO of Silverstorm Technologies, a start-up developer and manufacturer of Infiniband based network switches. At Silverstorm, he created and executed company strategy, restructuring for significant growth and resulting in its sale to Qlogic Corporation. Prior to joining Silverstorm, Mr. Hawkins was Senior Vice President of Carrier Access Corporation, following its acquisition of Paragon Networks where he had served as President and CEO.
